Before you get in touch
- What information should I send for a quick quote?
- A photo of your consumer unit (fuse box), a photo of where you'd like the charger, and your postcode. That's enough to give a solid price within 24 hours without a site visit.
- Do you charge for the survey?
- No. Surveys — remote or on-site — are free with no obligation. You only pay if you book the installation.
- How soon can you book me in?
- Most domestic installs are booked within 7 working days of accepting the quote. Tenement and complex jobs run a little longer because of factor permissions.
- What's your payment process?
- A small deposit on booking, balance on the day after you're happy with the install. Card, bank transfer or finance via Klarna for jobs over £1,000.
- Do you cover emergency or out-of-warranty fault calls?
- Yes — if we installed it, fault calls within warranty are free. Out-of-warranty or third-party installs are charged at our standard call-out rate, usually resolved same visit.
